Haven't you seen the Sde Teiman detention camp? Full of Palestinian prisoners who tell horrific stories of sexual abuse, one specifically of gang rape which caused certain soldiers to be jailed... And then parliament officials broke in to try and free them. And then... The legality of what they did was geniuenly debated. Nauseating.
Who lived in a land thousand of years ago doesn't affect who it belongs to currently. If so, the division of the world would be so much more different. I mean, why can't we give The Netherlands back to Spain? It was part of Spain at some point right? Not how it works. Roots are important, but you can't just kick out an established population like that. You can't fix a problem with another problem.
