anxiety: i constantly feel like someone is watching me, i feel like my friends don't like me or find me annoying, i get thoughts about how i might die any day, i get shakes even though its not cold, i end up feeling scared for no reason, and my heart will rapidly beat when ever i think of something that might happen, even though it wont.
I haven't told my parents because, hey will think that i'm trying to manipulate them or make them feel bad for me
