Yes the escape is a motivation because it comes from a feeling, but that feeling is also derived from another feeling which distracts you but overall you don’t need motivation to do things you know you need to do.

Procrastination is the result of running away from you’re current Jobs and Things you have to do, in order to keep in comfort. (Procrastination is only staying in comfort and refusing to getting out of it)

Motivation is a feeling, feelings fade out, Action is the first step to anything doing something you’ve never done before is as simple as just doing something you’ve done before.

Stop looking for motivation, you either do it or you don’t simple as that.

Then do things you wouldn’t normally do
