Yea same i always remember making christmas cards filled with some many drawings and wishes, and the magic of waking up during a sunny morning to find all these colorful presents under the tree was just so nostalgic. Now it feels different, it feels like that excitement is gone. Heck, i didn’t even wish for anything this christmas. But yeah i get what you’re saying, i don’t think anyone ever is ready to turn into an adult

Oh nice, i haven’t finished watching Monarch yet. Compared to Minus One, it has a slower start, but i’m sure the more exciting stuff is soon to come

Basically everyone’s art starts out on the same level. Believe me, my drawings back when i was little were not much better than anyone else’s, but if you keep looking to improve and develop your art (such as watching tutorials, looking up new techniques, and even talking to other people), then you may feel great about the results. It’s really about setting your mind into it

I mean i think it’s less of a sketch and more of a black-and-white drawing (ever since i actually learned what the definition of a sketch was), but still thanks man, i’m actually looking forward to drawing like this more often. It’s less time-consuming, which means i get to stay more active, and i like the look of the results

Yeah it’s just that a few years back a friend commented on one of my posts and told me that if i made higher quality art i would have had more followers by then. It was probably the best advice i ever got on this app, and i’ve been trying to follow it ever since. I just don’t want to be one of those people who just spam a ton of lazy doodles a day just to get followers, i want to do something that hopefully people will actually like. However, it sounds nice to take a break from time to time.

Thanks, I’m really just happy either way, but i just felt that this was a relatively quick drawing with pretty great results (usually my drawings on this app take about a week, i started this one today) and was wondering if maybe i shoud throw in some more drawings like this one once in a while so i’m not as inactive as i usually am

Should i draw in black and white more often?

I saw Minus One today and after getting home i saw the trailer. I think the Monsterverse is in trouble, to say the least, especially compared to Toho’s latest release.

Like i said, it’s only worth watching up to season 3. The last two aren’t really that good. However you could also check out Hidden Adventure, it was pretty fun

My ranking goes like this:

Jurassic Park movie/novels: absolute masterpieces

JP TLW and JPIII: great sequels in their own right

JW CC: it’s only worth watching up to season 3 (by far the best season)

JW: it wasn’t anything really new, but it was great

JW FK: i mean it was kinda okay

JWD: just no.
