I’m sorry you have to go though this. I’ve gone through something similar, and I’m not trying to compare if that’s what you’re picking up. I feel you, my friends are always telling me I’m too skinny and need to eat a burger. I’ve had too many mental breakdowns because of this one friend. I’m sorry you have to go through this, and just know that you’re beautiful and always will be. You’ll always be beautiful to me, and to the people in your life that care about you. I know it may be hard, but please don’t let them get to your head. Something that helps me get the thoughts of others words out of my head is listening to music really loudly. Just please know that there’s someone in this world that will always care for you no matter what. I can completely understand what you’re feeling and what it’s like, please think of everyone that has ever cared for you and think about those memories
Something that usually helped me was hiding underneath my favourite, thick blanket. That may not work for you but it also may help you feel a slight bit better or at least to cry. Letting all your emotions out can be very helpful for times like this
