like, full disclosure i was abusive. has npd influenced my actions, sure. but that's the thing, they are my own actions. it's abuse because i hurt people, it's not abuse because i am a narcissist. still a narcissist, forever a narcissist, but i don't do those things anymore. the key is choice, you have a choice to label anything that hurts you "narcissistic," i have the choice to do good things in life

"narcissistic abuse" pisses me off too, just call it abuse. you don't use other words with the word abuse to refer to abuse regarding other sorts of mental illness. You all just want to perpetuate that people with npd are inherently abusive
