I thought about revisiting the style but TT.... this era is too special.... and I have no ocs to do this for since my aesthetic changed 🥲 Nor do I plan to unarchive my old art at all, it's so embarrassing and old TT it's charming to me but imin the way that you can admire your younger self's efforts, not in a "this is good" way.... 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 I could think of so many ways to optimize my art back then but I was 12 oh well

This was a big sentiment some people had when they recieved critiques from me/asked for lessons from me. They made a huge note about how "kind" my critique was and that I didn't immediately say their art was "bad." People are more than quick to put others down to feel better about their own art haha, and they actually don't know how to critique people.

if you shade in purple and don't Shade in this specific way you will burn in hell and you actually make ai Art that's the rules everyone else said so.... If you don't sketch and then do line art you are a witch and we will burn you at the STAKE!

if anything I sorta miss my older styles.... so free and careless TT shading with color burn only.... vaporwave aesthetic was a huge thing in my art in 2017-2018...

I think this sort of sentiment also liek, pushes many artists back from exploring anything in fear that they're doing something wrong but that's a whole different topic i could dive into another day. I think it's more than fine to make "art mistakes" because it's a learning process LOOOOL i would never be where i am today without being able to fuck around with art when i was little.

don't get me wrong i was still insane as a phone artist But art style changed bleeeeeh not my thing anymore and not a big fan of a lot of phone apps either. Ik i say program doesn't make the artist but i just have a preference of being on a laptop/pc
