Seems like a hellish situation you're dealing with. I'm sorry I don't have much advice besides taking things one at a time, reward yourself when things get done, and try to get your feelings out instead of bottling them up, like writing stuff down, drawing or writing, atleats that's what I do. Relatable. Those stories are always fun and it definitely makes me wish I had something like that, it especially just seems easier for guys to have a firm friend group, but that's probably just me. Then again, a good majority of the stories are fictional so I don't fret about myself too much. If a writer wants a friend group, they write a friend group. Real life is more complex than that unfortunately >:((
