Veloranokylus (DHL) (7,1,4)

This creation of the DHL is a small omnivorous dinosaur. When hunting, since its armour weighs it down, it prefers to use the ambush tactic. Mostly found in desert environmets of the DHL sanctuary, it has an interesting form of defense. When it spots a predator, it will lay on the ground and wag its tail as if it were a snake, with the red circles on its club as eyes. If a predator doesnt step back, it will slam it with its tail and bury itself on the ground, shell outwards. It has been recently discovered that the tail has light receptors on its tip that are activated whenever underground, helping it to “see” when using its tail as a decoy. They inhabit the desert biome. Shoutout to Elbarto for the inspiration.
