Well shit that explains why I get these every year

I have seasonal cluster headaches, that can turn into severe migraines if I don’t take care of myself

I’ve been getting these for 6 years and I could never figure out why
It wasn’t lack of water
It wasn’t the fact I’m always on my phone/tablet ( because during virtual school I never got headaches)
These would appear at change of seasons too, where I’m at it’s cooling down
And I would get these for a few months and then they just stop
