Idk I haven't done a lip sync animation in a while. But all you need to know for basics is that the mouth is open for vowels. There's a bunch of rules for consonants but all I'll say is that the s, sh, ch, z and t are all similar except the s, sh and z usually lasts longer than t and ch (they all just show teeth).
