Essentially my costume (from what I could find)

I tried wearing an outfit over my black shirt and leggings, but it didn't look right, so I just went with the blue flannel I had. (Kinda reminds me of some of those werewolves that wear like the red plaid pattern shirt (probably a flannel too, but whatever lol) and denim shorts or something)
Also about the neck thing, I don't remember where I got that, but I just happened to find it in my dresser and thought it would go with my costume since it was black. It's like a neck warmer I think, kinda like a scarf except it's just a ring (like leg warmers but for your neck)

Ty, also btw the only things I mentioned on the drawing are all the parts of my costume, I don't have anything on my face. I just drew it like that bc I didn't feel like drawing my actual self.
Also oof that sucks that your school doesn't allow Halloween costumes at all. I've never been to a school that doesn't allow costumes, but I'm not that surprised.
