It happen a sometimes because sometimes i feel sad and pp ask me why im sad and i said like "nothing...."idn why thats happen a lot??

I feel the same. But look at how I cope with things ;3 listen to music, draw, or... um... fake smile! Idk why fake smiling works the best.
