Anyone got anger management advice?
I just need different ways to deal with the overwhelming amount of anger I get over small things without wanting to punch and tear everything in sight </3 I'm lit so tired of crying over everything (I cry when I get overly upset ☠️)
My mom isn't paying for therapy sessions anymore bc "I don't need them" (I definitely do...) so I can't get any advice from my therapist and simply just taking deep breaths isn't helping my temper at all 😭 CURSE YOU ANGER ISSUES YOU ALWAYS FUCK ME OVER 🖕
