Okaaaaaaaay so I got back from town and my dumb self left my iPad out in the open, so I come back and it’s been moved, my mom looked through everything! I opened YouTube and all my videos had been watched (I cringed so hard)

My emails had been looked through (no big deal)
My browser was left on r/two sentence horrors (lol)

Yeah the fact that your mom feels the need to do that all the time tells me that she doesn't trust you to be responsible for yourself... and if something truly bad were to actually happen, I think she should trust that you should be comfortable to tell her yourself instead of her looking through it all herself searching for a problem.
