I just suggest that looking at some shading tips would help a better, and the water thing effects are distracting from the character that should be dragging the attention. Also toggling with ‘add’ layer with hair lighting at some point will improve the atmosphere.

Thanks ☺️ But I hardly use shading for animations and people who even follow my manga series know this. I use shading and extra detail for my comic pages but as we all know animating with shading takes time.
