No no lol 😂 it just means “Do Not Interact” 🤣 people online generate these lists and posts them publicly to tell certain people not to interact with them but I’m opting not to make a public list because I just make a conscious choice to ignore certain individuals anyway 🤷🏽♀️ or I only interact with them as minimally as possible if they keep trying to engage with me 😌👍🏽
