Wait, what exactly does the power entail? Like does a corrupted item become possessed or if you purified lake water, would it be drinkable?

it's more like a living thing being corrupted (turning evil and stuff) or an item ig it lies towards the possessed side, or vise-versa but ofc purifying dirty stuff can also be managed. (about the lake water, yes it would be drinkable)
