I really don't understand pronouns in English much
and sometimes thanks to that people have been offended with me
The truth is that I was always embarrassed to ask someone from another language how that works since it is not my language and it is difficult for me

I’m sorry to hear that. I’m more than happy to explain, it’s just a bit complicated.
So there are the basic he and him pronouns, and then there are the basic she and her pronouns.
However, people also use they and them pronouns. I know in Spanish they’re usually used for several people, but people use them to mean multiple people and/or not knowing someone’s gender and/or the person is gender-neutral. I don’t really know how to describe gender neutral, but it’s basically just when you still have a gender but you don’t identify as male or female.
