There's also a very neat way to shade as well. A big thing is to never shade with black!! It depends when you do, but if you wanna make your art more alive, I recommend using colors to shade colors. I can set up a simple guide, also, change transparency with all the following shades; Red= purple or a darker purple depending on preference orange= pink yellow= red green= a pure bright blue blue= dark purple purple= a darker pink or blue! I would recommend charging the opacity/ transparency on the color until it looks right! Also, you can shade white with cyan, and brown with purple!!
Well alright! A good tip is to probably take a factor in someone else's style and put into your own. I like to call that Frankensteining for fun! But make sure to make it your own! Most of my art is impacted from other people's styles, and trying to copy them. I would tween it so it's my own, though! Lots of professionals do it I heard, in order to find their style. I think I am content and found mine, I just wanna know how do draw more realistic but cartoonist stuff!
