Hey, it is alright to feel certain emotions at certain times if anything you've shown me it is alright to even let myself cry when I need to.

Its not bad feelings thats the problem their like, feeling feelings- i dont like romantic feelings cause i get to afraid of like hurt and shit so i js ignore them, or take pills to stop every emotion entirely
