I can agree with Mystic and the many others, we are here.
As I have personally been there myself and I still likely am I mask physically and mentally at the same time.
Sure, it may never be the same as yours or others but it's surely not healthy as mine has become rooted behavior I cannot rip out due to how long it has been sitting.
Ignoring is never the answer even if it's something small.
(I'm not good at comfort, I always remind people this but I still atleast try!)
