But I can say that if a moment u keep ur work aside for a while it will really help u a little and try to calm and do meditation 🧘♂️ in the morning and evening meditation as it will make ur body calm,fast to do work and even keep u attentive
U have school, and work but u have to make some time for this all if u won't it won't let u to get out easily so pls
