This obviously isnβt true? Am I the only one who realizes this.. would he not have elaborated before as to how this disease developed and when it started? Also, heβs 11; i doubt heβd get lung cancer so suddenly. I promise you, with certainty, this boy is alive.

why would he fake he could of just stop posting or say he wants to quit instead of faking
Dude, there are a lot of biological and genetic causes that can condition a malignant tumour to grow in a child. My aunty developed it at 17, she did beat it but long after she turned 20 but she was lucky. Cancer can be unexpected and very rapid. Please learn to keep a more open mind.
