I'm having constant back to back nightmares

Without diving into medications, over the counter melatonin can help change the pace of your dreams, and keep you from waking up during the night. A cup of chamomile or lavender tea before bed might help you relax, and get into a better state of mind. Same goes for nightly meditation.

I am beyond certain that you do not deserve night Terrors! Your brain is just trying to process what you've been through, that's all. Don't condemn yourself

I have to take loads of stupid medication or I'm more than likely to stay up might have some insomina

for teas, don't really own any but I think I might have at the very least one bag of chamomile somewhere

lastly, I been through alot sure but sometimes I think I have it too easy in which maybe I just deserve more night terrors or such
