i observe empathy i know what empathy should look like but it's incredibly difficult for me to display or feel it, I'm sure I'm fine with showing sympathy but empathy is a completely different story

also ik you worry about face symmetry but it's fine, you're doing 3/4ths so they shouldn't be... symmetrical unless im missing something,

Circles are fine but in the long run it's not recommended because it can decrease ur understanding on how connecting joins work, ball jointed dolls are great but there can always be more than that, and a circle sketch can prove faulty in certain cases

There's not much to say, i enjoy your style, you have a great grasp in colors and prospective work, but my.. two biggest gripes is that, you know.... symmetrical lines, but mostly with shoulders (they're fairly symmetrical but sometimes you make one shorter than the other and it throws me off), and in your rabbit hole processs i saw how u draw the pose i do not recommend sketching poses out like that at all, i do not recommend circles for sketching the most i'd use a circle for is the head nothing else, shoulders are not circles, it's more constructive to use boxes
