Yall I need help
So does anyone know how to like
Keep my appetite???-
Idk how to really explain it but basically I haven't been able to eat much food lately because my body is just refusing to let me
Like I'll start feeling like I'm going to throw up and after that I'll just gag a bunch when I try to force myself to eat
And this is causing me to lose a lot of weight... I'm close to being back in the 70 pounds which is scaring me a lot
I worked super hard all my life to get to at least 90 and all of that just went down the fucking drain
And since I have the high metabolism or whatever it's called that makes it hard to gain weight it's even more difficult to deal with this
My mom said it's because I don't sleep which is probably the reason
I just can't sleep
I've tried and nothing I do works
It's getting harder and harder to deal with it and the stress just keeps getting worse
If anyone even knows of ways to help or any advice I'd really appreciate it 🙏
