i know you've been pretty happy lately, ut sometimes i wonder if you're hiding gunky feeling from people deep inside you.

so i made this just in case

when i was in school, I felt expressing any emotions or advocating for myself made me weak and vulnerable
i still do, but im aware it isn't like that
we get stronger and stronger all the time and i wanted to say im proud of ypu, no matter what is going on, and that I'll love you until the end.

If you need anything frok me, or someone to air out to, tell me. we can have our little codes for what we want
like 1, being that you want to air out, 2 wanting support, 3 advice, and we can work together on our emotions, this would also help me be less worried about you , plus you bring worried abt me

This means a lot to me aakdjf
I honestly never know if I'm truly happy or if my brain is just distracting itself from the sad shit and hiding it all
But I'm gonna say that I'm genuinely happy rn so I don't overthink it ☠️ but yea usually people just assume I'm happy and brush off any issues I was just having like the day before or whatever
There's just a part of me that doesn't want to let people down, so I sometimes unknowingly act happy so I'll continue to seem "strong" and shit
Ima stop myself before I rant on too much lmao 😭 Anyway I'm glad that you care about me even if I seem like I'm fine :D
