Second creature design post! I’ll post one more of my bat creatures on Halloween to finish up these sorry escuses for spooky month posts. Might write descriptions for this one and the other one later when I feel like it. Also part of the same story/world as the Flying Jackals.

Description: “Terrestrial mammals with a genetic code most similar to New World bats. They are cursorial animals, with long limbs and a light build, and also great climbers. Their eyes are nearly vestigial and hidden under their fur, so they instead rely on sound and smell to track down their prey. They live in small groups and are known to hunt at night for smaller creatures. There is an unusually large group in Central America known to feed exclusively on humans.”
