Camazotz

Probably my last creature design showcase in a while. Let me know if you guys would like to see more!

Description: “The nickname “Camazotz” is used by the local indigenous people to refer to this hellish abomination which terrorizes Central America. It appears to have a symbiotic relationship with bat-like creatures from other continents, providing transportation and protection in exchange for aid in hunting, but exactly how these wound up in Central America is unclear. Roughly once every month or so, it exits its dwelling at night and patrols the lands and skies in search of food, and will not return until its hunger for its only food source has been satisfied: human flesh. The nature of this monster’s origin, whether artificial or supernatural, is unknown.”
