You see, I'm an American. We call them by how they look. Ducks typically look like 🦆 while geese typically look like 🪿. Also they behave differently so I think they're a bit different. Geese seem to be more physically aggressive with long necks and Ducks seem to be more sexually aggressive with short boddies.
