try taking a few deep breaths
5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste. relax your shoulders and then tense up your muscles as tight as you can for 5 seconds. then relax. do it with other parts of your muscles.
remember that you're a beautiful person and you're still growing, dont let this stuff bring you down
