No, Frank has had multiple chances of apologizing to tank. MULTIPLE. Yet every time he responds horribly or gives a half assed apology that isn’t a bit sincere.
And Tank has all right to be rude towards Frank, but in reality he just wants to be left the fuck alone [because who in the hell would want to be friends with a pedophile??], which is something frank has yet to ever respect.
