As for the drawing, I used a stylus as i do with most of my other drawings.

For Rathalos, i would recommend Flash Pods to knock him to the ground (i used insect glaive so i didn’t need to but i would still advise for it).
Bring fire-resistant armor, and aim for his head (or tail to sever it and get an extra carve)

For Diablos, treat him like a bull fight, by luring him to running into the wildspires/columns in his lair. Bring Screamer Pods and shoot one at him as soon as he is fully submerged underneath the sand, then hit him as much as you can while he is staggered

Also, if possible, always try to capture a monster instead of slaying it, as it gives way more rewards. For that, when the monster is weak (limping, low heart rate, dying icon), make it fall into a trap (shock/pitfall) and throw two tranq bombs at its face.

1. I have been a paleontology and biology nerd since i was little, and i liked art, so those two kind of fed into each other

2. I don’t. I have to admit, i’ve been waking up at like 5:30 because i don’t have the time to work on this app during the day (also why i take a long time to post)

3. If there is something that you really like and you want to get better, practice A LOT. I started off watching some Youtube videos (i still do, i would reccomend the channel Draw Sessions) and drawing images off of books, then i kept drawing for years until i got to where i am now, and i still want to learn more
