the weight i lost in the past 2 weeks made a big difference
Im gonna fast from today after i eat dinner(family night) until saturday
idk why im using the bathroom so much
i didnt eat anything
I BURNED 250 CALORIES SO FAR
I DID 20 MINUTES OF JUST DANCE TO BURN 65
AND I WALKED 4K
AND DIDNT EAT ANYTHING
BUT I NEED TO BURN MORE
i weighed myself after not eating yesterday and its the same
water weight

i just exersised 7.5k steps and 15 min bike riding mosy of it was uphil so i marked it as very vigorous effort bc 4/6 of thentime i was uphill and downhill goes very fast so it doesnt count as much
burned 500 today
