The Amargonyx is one of the most colorful creatures created by the DHL to date. Living in the Rainforest and Wetland Biomes, the Amargonyx lives in the hottest environments. Its crests, sails, and fins are used to radiate off heat and also serve as defense mechanisms. The tail fluke has bright, dashing colors which can be used to intimidate a predator. If this fails, this dinosaur can and will fight back with its sharp spines on its sails and head. The crest on its head turns a bright color when mating season arrives, and males will try impress females, the one with the brightest colors being the winner. These hybrids can be seen near streams or rivers, using their tail flukes to propel themselves through the water. They have also shown to be very agile sprinters, reaching 21 mph.
