Extinction in the DHL and the new Trikylosaurus

Sadly, in the DHL, we have come at a point where life meets death. The Trikylosaurus, residents of the Woodland biome, have been wiped out as illegal poachers infiltrated the island and shot down the remaining trikylosaurs down. The poachers have been caugt and turned into the authorities. The population was already in decline from Carnotyrannos attacks, and the cold winter depleted its food source. So, like in all labs, its all trial and error, and the geneticists at our labs have changed the design of this dinosaur to have a greater survival quotient. Now, the Trikosaurus gen 2 sports a large armoured frill surrounded by plate-like osteoderms. Its back is still protected by armor, now with sharp spines to prevent predators from pouncing on them. Its underside is covered in fur-like protofeathers to prevent it from otherwise lethal bites, but is still more prone to damage. It sports bright colors to warn predators that this creature is dangerous and sould not be messed with. Instead of two brow horns, the Trikylosaurus gen 2 has a large nasal horn and no brow horns, which make its head more distinctive. Instead of impaling with its horns, unlike its rainforest couterpart, the Stegoceratops, this creature moves it head up and down to slash its opponents.
