400 is better than nothing, try and aim for 500 tomorrow. And (depends what soup and what it's made with) soup is generally low calorie anyway. (Extra tip if you didn't know π) get different types of milk, UNSWEETENED almond milk, 13 calories for 100ml, make sure to not get the regular one cos the calories are higher, I feel bad for saying these but ik if you was doing this I'd be happy π
And if you calorie limit is above what I've said, then it's okay. Just remember less volume more calories more volume less calories x (honestly depends on the food) and try to get the healthiest options there (if there's any), carbs, fat, calcium and all that can make you gain, but you can always burn it off, however much calories you have for every meal or something you have to eat, you exorsize double that. Plus if your the type of person to do workouts instead of walking, swimming etc then make sure your stance/ posture is right, otherwise you won't burn as much, hope this helps atleast a little if you didn't already know x
It depends how big and what brand or restaurant it was, pizza is around 200-300 calories per slice. if a small slice, the garlic bread would be around 54 calories. Idk the sausage lol π
